LeFors Wall Cloud and Funnel
This ominous wall cloud rotated rapidly and produced several short-lived funnels, including the one seen here in the forward center portion. The parent supercell was embedded within a large thunderstorm complex, whose great cloud depth and thickess (relative to the low late-day sun angle) made things very, very dark back there. The same wall cloud would later produce a brief, barely-visible tornado.
