Rays through Rain Shafts
Tinged with a hint of a champagne hue, crepuscular rays from the late afternoon sun shine through vertical shafts of rainfall from a high-based thunderstorm. The Colorado Front Range foothills, rendered as ghostly silhouettes by a combination of the foreground light and visual diffusion through rain, recede as they climb in height into the distance.
