Winterizing NSSL and SPC
NSSL and SPC aren't normally associated with heavy snowfall; but they do have winter weather research and forecasting components. This photo, therefore, is not as out-of-place as it may seem at first! It was taken at their former location on the grounds of the North Campus of OU.
