A desert storm formed in Old Mexico then rolled over Marfa into the Davis Mountains, leaving behind an eerily wondrous scene: scud on the peaks, a rainbow, and a faint hint of the double bow (at left)—all beyond an unusually greened and wettened landscape cast in a ghostly light.
