Textured Elevated Storm Base

2 SW of Moorewood, OK; 19 May 2012

Short animation of tripodded still imagery.
Use the controls above the images to stop, start, step forward and backward, and change loop speed. Slam the speed bar all the way to the right for fastest animation.

Direction of view is WNW. Image interval is 10 seconds at 32 images with two images skipped due to malfunction (340 seconds total). Image exposure emphasizes cloud base, so background is a litle too bright (and HDR processing of each image, which I almsot never do anyway, was too time-consuming to bother with). The roughly textured storm base was elevated above outflow from earlier convection, and reveals both turbulent, advective and convergent flows at work.
