Direction of view is SE. Loops consists of 42 images, 23 minutes from first to last. Time lapse exposure varies due to differing brightness of lightning and variable aperture durations. The view encompasses a southward-moving thunderstorm bathed in post-sunset pastels and intermittely aglow from lightning, as decks of midlevel clodus rapidly come and go in the foreground. Because the images were taken for lightning capture, the interval is irregular; still, you can get a good idea of the evolution of the convective turrets and other cloud features.
